Mohan was a vagabond child who had runaway from his home at the age of eleven. . Jamnadas calls his lawyer Mr.Gupta to make a will that after his death half of his property should go to Sudha his adopted daughter and half of it to Sailesh, son of Mr. Gupta. As Sailesh in not ready to accept the death of Mohan, he insists Jamnadas to keep a margine in the will that if Mohan comes within 45 days after the death of Jamnadas his property goes to Mohan. And if he does not turn up, the will remains as it is. Sailesh & Sudha start searching Mohan. In the meanwhile jamnadas falls ill. He goes to Khandala to take rest & there he dies. .
