India wants to train over 150 million skilled trained manpower by 2020; quite an ambitious target. With the success of Star Scheme which could train over 1 million in a short span has given a new ray of hope that this ambitious target can be achieved. Worldwide, it has now become well accepted fact that the use of ICT in the process of education creates better teaching methods leads to better student learning.
