RUM MANGO LASSI Ingredients For one portion 1 cup chopped mangoes ½ cup yogurt 2 tablespoons honey Salt to taste Zest of ½ lemon ¼ cup rum Fresh mint leaves for garnishing Method 1. Blend together mango, yogurt, honey, salt and lemon zest into a smooth mixture. Add rum and blend again. 2. Pour in a tall serving glass, garnish with few mint leaves and serve chilled.
