Now twist up the popular Sindhi tuk recipe by making it with raw banana instead of the usual potatoes! Such crispy Raw Banana Tuk tastes delicious and is also very easy to make so give it a try soon. GREEN BANANA TUK Ingredients 3 raw bananas boiled with skin Oil for deep frying Salt to taste 1½ tsps dried mango powder (amchur) 1 tsp roasted cumin powder ½ tsp roasted coriander powder 2 tsps red chilli powder Method 1. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. 2. Cut the bananas into big pieces and peel them. Press them lightly and slide them into hot oil and deep fry till light golden. 3. Mix together salt dried mango powder roasted cumin powder roasted coriander powder and red chilli powder. 4. Drain the banana pieces on absorbent paper and let them cool slightly. Crush each piece slightly and refry again till golden and crisp. 5. Drain absorbent paper. Sprinkle the masala mixture and toss well so that each piece is well coated with the masala. 6. Serve hot.
