TUNA SANDWICH Ingredients 200 grams tinned tuna 8 brown bread slices ¼ cup chopped spring onion with greens ¼ iceberg lettuce, shredded ¼ cup mayonnaise Salt to taste ¼ teaspoon crushed black peppercorns Butter as required Method 1. Combine tuna, spring onion, lettuce, mayonnaise, salt, crushed peppercorns in a bowl and mix well. 2. Apply butter over the bread slices and spread the prepared mixture onto 4 buttered slices. Cover with the remaining slices, butter side down. 3. Discard the edges, cut into rectangles and serve.
