MUSHROOM WONDER PIZZA Ingredients 10-15 button mushroom sliced 300 grams wonder dough Refined flour Olive oil for brushing Pizza sauce as required Grated mixed pizza cheese as required 10-12 pickled jalapeno slices Onion sliced as required 6-8 baby cherry tomatoes halved Salt to taste Crushed black peppercorns to taste Fresh basil leaves as required Method 1. Preheat the oven at 180°C. 2. Dust some refined flour on the surface. Place the wonder dough roundel and roll into a thin disk. 3. Transfer on a baking tray. Brush olive oil evenly on top. Spread pizza sauce and sprinkle cheese on top. 4. Arrange mushrooms jalapenos cherry tomatoes on top. Sprinkle salt pepper and sprinkle some more cheese on top. 5. Place in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes. 6. Arrange basil leaves on top and cut into wedges. 7. Cut into wedges and serve hot.
